This Refund Policy outlines how we handle returns and refunds for Daarpa and its brands: American Leather House, Wild Leather Jacket, and The Urban Magazine. We aim to provide high-quality leather goods and digital content, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This policy ensures a fair and transparent process for all our customers.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY FOR DAARPA

1. Our Return Window

We offer a 10-day return policy. You have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 10 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

  • Customized or Personalized Items: Any leather jacket or goods with custom measurements, names, or specific alterations.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance or “Final Sale” event.
  • Digital Content: Digital editions or subscriptions from The Urban Magazine.

4. Custom and Personalized Orders

Because customized items from American Leather House or Wild Leather Jacket are made specifically for you, they are Final Sale. We highly recommend double-checking your size and color choices before ordering. If there is a manufacturing defect on a custom item, please contact us immediately.

5. Return Process & Instructions

To start a return, please contact our support team. You must use the original shipping box and include the return form provided with your package. Returns sent back without our prior approval or without the required paperwork will be refused.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged), the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also inform you if your refund is approved or rejected based on the condition of the product. If the item is not in its original condition, we may reduce the refund amount to cover the loss in value.

8. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed within 10–14 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

9. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when they arrive. If you need to exchange an item for a different size of the same product, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the old item and delivering the new one.

10. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel or modify your order as long as it has not been shipped or entered the production phase (for custom leather goods). Once an order is shipped, the standard return policy applies. To cancel, please email us as soon as possible.

11. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact Daarpa customer support for assistance.

12. Quality Guarantee

We take pride in our craftsmanship at American Leather House and Wild Leather Jacket. We guarantee our products against defects in materials and workmanship. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches from use, or damage caused by improper care/mishandling.
